At GoodForDogs.com, we strive to offer the best service to our customers. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, so we have a customer-friendly return policy to make things right.
Shipping:
We ship all orders promptly, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or expired.
Returns:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or expired product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We offer two options for returns:
  1. Replacement: We’ll send you an identical replacement product at no additional charge.
  2. Refund: If you prefer, we can issue a refund once we’ve received the returned product.
How to Report a Damaged Item:
If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
  1. Document the damage, including photographs of the package before opening.
  2. Retain the outer packaging and any contents.
  3. Email us at woof@goodfordogs.com with your order number and photos of the damage. In the subject line, include “Damaged Order #” and your store name.
By following these steps, we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Please note that returns are only accepted if the damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-returnable Items:
